Chibi Taiko is the first Canadian Taiko ensemble founded by youth in 1993 and is based in Burnaby. The group was founded in a hope to train the next generation of Taiko (Japanese drumming ) players in BC where the first Canadian Taiko group was founded in 1979.

Matt Stapleton is a West Australian musician who moved to Vancouver in 2022. He sings, plays guitar and fiddle, and has been performing in bands since the 1980s. At the Festival he will be performing shanties and songs of the sea in his a unique and energetic style. Come along for a family friendly sing along experience.

Joross’ performances are rooted in rock and alternative cover songs, though he is gradually opening up to sharing original music as well. He is perhaps best known for performing at the opening of the 2025 UROC Awards, performing in Richmond Youth Media Lab’s events such as Open Mic and Battle of The Bands.

STORIES on WHEELS is an original street theatre storytelling act for the whole family. Tales are brought to life by a high-energy comic performer, using beautifully illustrated picture cards displayed in a magnificent miniature wooden stage attached to the back a bicycle. Featuring gorgeous illustrations by local artists, as well as traditional picture cards from Japan, several short stories are told with music, dramatic action, and audience interaction.

CCIM Entertainment group is dedicated to entertainment, and “infinite music” – working with kids, teens and adults to help develop talent, skills, stage presence, and even a career in Music & Entertainment.

GO Taiko is the second youth Taiko group in BC. Their roots are in South Vancouver and Richmond.

APPARE Yosakoi Vancouver started in 2022 as the first Yosakoi team on the west coast of Canada. Yosakoi is an energetic and vibrant Japanese dance using wooden instruments called naruko and it is performed all across Japan.

Big Dirty Boots brings together the best of Country, bluegrass, folk & rock. The band is comprised of three talented musicians: Tad Ruszel on mandolin, guitar & vocals. Kaj Falch-Nielsen on acoustic guitar & vocals. Dave Peters on cello & standup bass. Together, they create a unique sound that is sure to move you.

The group features Michael Viens on guitars and vocals and Rosie Carver on fiddle. Their repertoire is rooted in the Celtic tradition and includes a lot of fun maritime-themed material perfect for the Ships to Shore Festival.

Aaron Wong and his band the Del-Fi Destroyers recreate the early years of Elvis' musical career. Creating an authentic experience that tributes the rock n’ roll rhythms of the 1950’s to crooning the melodious movie tunes of the 1960’s.
Aaron's choreography and dance moves along the bands accurate arrangements of Elvis's classic early hits excite audiences everywhere they perform and show why Elvis earned the title 'King of Rock n' Roll'.

Drawing from an eclectic blend of 60's and 70's influences, they create nostalgic soundscapes while telling vivid stories of Canadian life.

The Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra is a registered charity with the mission to inspire in youth a journey of self discovery and belonging through exceptional orchestral training programs.

Yuki brings a show rooted in the joyful rituals of Edo Daikagura, featuring classic feats like umbrella ball spinning and balancing—symbols of good luck and celebration. Blending physical comedy, audience interaction, and striking technique, he delivers engaging, family-friendly performances.

ShowStoppers is a teen-age GLEE troupe that appears in concert, on radio and TV, and at numerous galas, awards dinners, conventions, corporate and charitable events throughout the Lower Mainland.
